Steve started his career with Barclays Bank. From there, he spent seven years at Scottish & Newcastle, focusing on the commercial management of their pub estate division.

He then joined Chep (part of the Brambles Group) to oversee the deployment of a european shared financial centre based in the UK.

With the centre successfully established, Steve was headhunted by Netsize. As UK Finance and Office Manager, he was responsible for improving financial and operational processes and structure, reporting directly to the Country Manager.

Steve uses his breadth of commercial experience to ensure we deliver the best possible deals for our Clients. He and his team are committed to providing best-in-class 'back office' service to support Sponge's front-line operations.
