Starting his career as a software developer, Matt Overall has worked for companies of different sizes in a variety of industries.

After Safedoor (a Securicor venture providing online payment systems), Matt joined Reed Elsevier as Martindale-Hubbell's UK IT Manager with overall responsibility for the pan European platform.

He then oversaw that company’s transition into LexisNexis Butterworths; where, as IT Development Manager (Directories), he successfully managed an infrastructure migration to suit the repositioned business.

Matt joined Sponge in February 2008. His focus is on driving improvement in daily process and procedure, whilst developing a long term technical strategy that will guarantee service excellence for all our customers.
